During the booking process, you’ll be asked to provide a $50 booking fee, which will be automatically added to your file.
As part of our cancellation policy, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking fee.
You have the flexibility to decide how your booking fee is applied when you attend your appointment or cancel within the required notice period. The options are:
- Rolling it over to a future appointment
- Applying it as a deduction from your service on the day
- Receiving a full refund if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice
Please note: the booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
